Drew has a passion for supporting entrepreneurs and innovation wherever both can be found. For 2 years he has assisted entrepreneurs and SME’s in accessing over £1.2m of public and private sector grants, funding and programme support, including over £350k of Covid-19 support. Drew has secured over £200k of grant and in-kind funding for his own innovative pharmaceutical project. Currently working on his most ambitious project to date, ‘The Innovation Factory Cooperative.’ The aim is to reduce the 90% of entrepreneurs who fail. To reduce the emotional and financial distress this failure causes to the individual, the family and the economy. Drew is an entrepreneur, a business founder, a mentor at the NatWest Entrepreneur Accelerator and the Initiative for Social Enterprise and an Ambassador for Birmingham Tech Week.
