Lisa Vicary

Lisa is Head of Customer Experience at The Prince’s Trust and is responsible for ensuring their customers, partners and stakeholders have a great customer journey. Prior to joining The Prince’s Trust, Lisa was Director of Client Implementations at CX Tech company, InMoment. Having worked for a technology company and now a charity, Lisa brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective. A graduate in Business & Management (BSc) from Bath Spa University, Lisa is a social enterprise advocate and enjoys volunteering as an event marshall at junior parkrun.

James Jean-Louis

James Jean-Louis is Zoom's CCO and heads up Zoom's business development. James is a guru in the world of E-Mobility, having been in the automotive industry for over 25 years and launching Charging Solutions, one of the first charging businesses in the UK in 2010, which was then acquired by Chargemaster in 2014. James went on to help build Chargemaster into the leading EV chargepoint provider and charging network in the UK, which was then acquired by BP in 2018. Zoom Admission - James is an avid Formula 1 and Formula E fan and when not leading the e-mobility revolution enjoys spending time on his boat!

Christopher Purdie

As PM Connect’s commercial lead, Chris is determined to get the best out of mobile payments not only for businesses, but for consumers and mobile operators. Well accustomed to high-stakes, multi-billion-pound clients, he is passionate about introducing new revenue streams to brands through mobile payments. Prior to his current role, Chris spent six years working for a company within the CAC40-listed Lagardère Group, in Paris. He managed a portfolio of sport, music and video-on-demand mobile-focused services, gaining invaluable expertise he is now putting into effect at PM Connect. Chris has opened up new markets throughout Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and Latin America, bringing his international expertise to brands and mobile operators alike.
